Puds
We shortened “Pudding” and your morning routine.
Let’s be honest — saying “pudding” over and over again was exhausting.
So we called it Puds.
Shorter name, and way more fun to say.
Most “healthy” options stop halfway — tiny yogurts that aren’t satisfying, chalky protein drinks that taste one-note, or bars that barely resemble food. We built Puds to be different: a complete meal in a jar, layered with texture, flavor, and function — all the things you’d make for yourself if you had the time.
But Puds isn’t just about your morning meal/snack — it’s about how food should make you feel.
We built this company on one simple belief:
Healthy shouldn’t mean complicated.
We get it — you care about what goes into your body, but you don’t always have time to prep, portion, or blend your way to perfect macros. You’ve got things to do, places to be, and goals to hit — whether that’s a workout, a workday, or just keeping your energy steady throughout the day.
That’s why we created Puds — a ready-to-eat chia pudding that hits the sweet spot between taste, nutrition, and convenience.
The power inside every jar
Each jar is packed with protein — the essential building block of a strong, healthy body — and fiber for gut and heart health.
Together, they help you stay full, focused, and feeling good.
We use clean ingredients your body knows what to do with: chia seeds, real fruit, plant milks, and natural sweeteners.
No junk. No guesswork. Just real food, balanced for real life.
Healthy made simple
We built Puds for people who care — the ones who want to fuel right without overthinking it.
Because eating well shouldn’t require a meal plan, a prep day, or a spreadsheet.
You should be able to grab something you trust, enjoy it, and get on with your day.
That’s the heart of Puds: functional fuel that fits your life.
Made for early risers, gym goers, go-getters, and everyone who just wants to feel their best — one spoonful at a time.
Puds
Real food. Functional fuel. Zero friction.
(And a way easier word to say than “pudding.”)

Meet Rebecca
Rebecca’s journey into wellness began on the yoga mat. As a certified yoga instructor, she was first introduced to the ancient principles of Ayurvedic health and functional eastern wellness, where she discovered a simple but profound truth — food is medicine, whether we realize it or not. These holistic teachings shaped her understanding of the body as an integrated system, where what we eat directly influences how we feel, think, and heal.
Curious to bridge this ancient wisdom with modern science, Rebecca went on to study nursing, immersing herself in the world of western medicine and clinical care. There, she saw firsthand both the power and the limitations of conventional approaches to health — and began to imagine what a more complete, preventative model could look like.
After meeting Kenn, the two realized they shared a common vision: to create food that’s as functional and nourishing as it is delicious. Drawing from her background in eastern philosophy and western healthcare, Rebecca helped shape PUDS into more than a product — a daily ritual designed to bring balance, vitality, and a touch of healing to modern life.
Meet Kenn
Kenn’s journey to PUDS began long before the first jar was ever made. Kenn got his start building a direct-to-consumer service business in New York City, where he learned the art of creating a brand that the local community genuinely connects with.
In search of ways to build businesses beyond the four walls of brick-and-mortar, he spent a decade growing real estate and construction technology startups. Seeking a slightly slower pace of life, he traded skyscrapers for sunshine and made the move to Austin, TX.
At 37, after taking a routine comprehensive blood analysis yielding concerning cardiovascular biomarkers, a real health shift began. Wanting to take what he knew about building companies to his own personal health journey, there was an opportunity to bring the same care and craft to food—by building a brand rooted in health, function, and feeling good every day. With an attention to nutrition, he discovered the powerful benefits of chia seeds in a high-protein and fiber diet. Through months of kitchen experiments and careful formulation, he and Rebecca created a product that was both deeply nourishing and delicious — better than anything they could find in stores.
That’s how PUDS was born — from our kitchen, from curiosity, and from a genuine desire to make food both functional and enjoyable. What began as a personal pursuit for better health has grown into something much bigger — and we’re so grateful to share it with you.
