Refund & Return Policy

Because PUDS is a fresh, refrigerated food product, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been delivered or picked up.

That said—if something isn’t right, we want to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@heypuds.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the product

We’ll review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

Because our products are perishable, we cannot issue refunds for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or failure to retrieve a delivery in a timely manner.

If you believe there was an error on our end, please reach out—we’re happy to take a look.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be modified, skipped, or canceled before the cutoff date shown in your account. Orders processed or in transit are not eligible for refunds.
